Martin Welten joined Falck in 2007 as senior consultant and in 2013 he was appointed as Operations Director for Falck Fire Services in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Prior to this Martin Welten worked within the Dutch Police where he held various positions as Superintendent of Police, Chief of a district and Human Resources Manager in the regional police department.
His professional career started in 1979 where Martin became Chief of various sections of police, including commander of Riot Squads, SWAT-Team and Emergency Response Team. Martin is specialised in disaster management, emergency response and major public police response.
